Industry Veteran to Drive AI-Powered Marketing Strategies

Zeta Global has announced the appointment of Pamela Lord as its new President of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). With over 25 years of experience in marketing technology, Lord previously held a significant role at Oracle as Group Vice President and General Manager, where she overseeing B2B and B2C marketing cloud operations.

Her extensive background positions her to enhance Zeta's customer engagement initiatives, leveraging data-driven solutions to meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients. In her new role, Lord will report directly to Zeta’s President, Steven Gerber, and will be responsible for shaping the company's go-to-market strategy across its Customer Data Platform (CDP), Email Service Provider (ESP), and mobile solutions. This strategic appointment is aimed at driving growth and retention for Zeta's sophisticated clientele, reinforcing the company's commitment to innovation in AI-powered marketing.

Lord succeeds Matthew Mobley, who transitions to Chief Operating Officer while continuing to focus on operational excellence. This leadership change comes at a pivotal time as Zeta Global aims to strengthen its position in the competitive landscape of AI-driven marketing, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
